Returns policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See TERMS & CONDITIONS.

How to cancel your order?

Online orders are handled automatically and cannot be cancelled, so you will have to wait before you obtain the goods to return them.

How can I return a Product?

You have seven days to return a watch after it has been shipped to you. Your watch must be unused and in the same condition as when you got it, as well as in its original packaging, to be eligible for a refund.

Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at info@watchwithwilliam.com. We require a receipt or proof of purchase of the watch to accompany your return.

Please do not return products that were made by another party and resold by Us to the manufacturer.

You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with your returned item. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. The cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you earn one.

When returning your watch, consider using a trackable shipping service or buying shipping insurance.
Refunds and Exchanges

We will give you an email to let you know that We have received your valid return and to let you know if your return has been accepted or rejected.

If We accept your return, We will include one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of watch for the one returned, a credit to the payment card or original means of payment used to pay for the object, a check, or another solution that we determine in good faith is sufficient in the circumstances.

General

We reserve the right to deny the return or exchange or to enforce different or additional conditions if you do not comply with all of the above conditions.
